This is a glass of crunchy, vibrant Chablis, with flinty mineral threads woven through notes of grapefruit, juicy, Cox's apple-like fruitiness and some quinine like minerality on the close. Still throwing off its youthful exuberance, what you get now is a tangy, racy, mouthful of freshness.
