100% Pinot Gris fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, 7 months ageing time Pale green-yellow. Fine fresh apple fruit, honey melon and a hint of wild herbs. On the palate juicy, elegant texture, white tropical fruit aromas, discreet acidity.

There is no definitive history / linage for the grape. ‘Welschriegoingg’ literally means 'Romanic Riesling' and indeed this is the common name throughout the regions in which it is grown. Unusually it is quite the Central European specialist.
