An irresistable rosè. Charming, refreshing, refined, and with plenty of juicy, enticing, strawberry, and berry fruit. Incredible freshness & fruit flavours. Crisp, dry and extraordinary.
''Chardonnay driven but very complex, with a nutty, appley bouquet of great depth and complexity. It's nervy, taut and refined in the mouth with lip smacking tang." 95 Points, Huon Hooke, Sydney Morning Herald

''Delicious creamy texture, core of perfectly ripe strawberry fruit, finishing on a dry, savoury redcurrant note. The balance of flavours, acidity and texture are excellent and there’s good length.'' 95 Point's Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine
Beautiful with an extreme brilliance, highlighted by a wooden rose colour. A subtle nose unveils elegant aromas of small red fruits. Round and supple, this almost fleshy wine can be appreciated during a moment of relaxation.
Gold Medal Winning Vintage 2017: Wonderfully intense Chablis that shows the textbook nose of ripe pears, citrus, honeysuckle and a little hint of flint. Undertones of mineral are noticeable along with vibrant acidity tempered by creamy vanilla notes.
A very well regarded vintage sees this with more concentration and spice than usual. This features an array of black fruit woven though clove and spice, with pleasantly ripe and grippy fruit tannin. A blend of Grenache and Syrah.
Incredibly elegant and balanced on the palate with a delicious fresh acidity combining with the generosity of fruit leaving a sumptuous lingering finish.
''This rich, spicy and peppery wine has attractive acidity and ripe layers of red-berry flavours. Its fruitiness is just one aspect of this complex, intense wine, full of acidity and freshness as well as structure.'' 91 Points, Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast
