Le Brun de Neuville
HISTORY
For more than 150 years, the Le Brun family has been living on the heights of Bethon. One of the founders of the domain offered the name Le Brun de Neuville to the house.
PLACES
With 152 hectares, Le Brun de Neuville is situated in the small wine-growing region of Sézanne. They are divided between Marne and Aube areas.
TERROIR
The slopes of Sézanne are laid on skimming chalk. Chalk retains water by capillarity. This AOC vineyard also benefits from a microclimate that protects the vines against harsh frosts.
GRAPES
The Champagne House produces a vineyard of 90% in Chardonnay, choice material by all brands of Champagne for its delicacy and floral aromas.
PHILOSOPHY
The cellar master practices the art of blending to reflect a vision, for which he searches from year to year to perpetuate the unique characteristics.
