Intense and very clean garnet red. Aromas are a complex and elegant blend of fruits typical of the variety and its ageing in quality French oak. Lively, clean and pleasant. Powerful and fleshy on the palate with an intense, pleasant taste. Firm, well-structured acidity. It pairs well with a great variety of dishes including both meats and fish. It is also well matched with any Mediterranean meal such as rice, pasta or tapas dishes.
