A blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. The ferment is natural and the wine then spends seven to eight months in concrete tanks with no fining and only a light filtration prior to bottling.
All vineyards are certified organic and sit at high altitudes between 200 and 280 meters where a cooler climate and limestone-rich soils allow for a fresher and sharper wine not typical of the appellation.
