Although Rhône is most famous for it's reds, Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc, made from Grenache Blanc (White Grenache) has long graced the lunch and dinner tables of French families. Yes, it's the type of wine the French drink. White Grenache, has refreshing flavors of floral, citrus, herb and anise. It reminds me of a well rounded and very creamy Chardonnay.

Not only is your friendly European Wine Store folk raving on about this wine, so is the Wine Advocate who wrote "the 2017 Cotes du Rhone Belleruche Blanc is a top-notch example of this cuvée"

Wine Enthusiast have also got in on the act and wrote:  "Crushed stone and bright yellow apples introduce this full-bodied white blend. It's an elegant wine with a broad, satiny palate brightened by sunny tangerine acidity. A delicate bite of tea tannins marks the finish. Enjoy now–2022"

So this is your chance to buy a fantastic white blend from one of Rhone's most prestigious estates.  You struggle to see Australian producer's making such wines for less than $20 and dare I say many of those more expensive offerings from Australia won't get close to this one.  Grab a few bottles, you won't be disappointed, it's a fantastic French white!
