''Vibrant, mineral-accented citrus and orchard fruits on the nose, along with hints of white flowers and fennel that emerge with air. Offers energetic pear, tangerine and succulent herb flavors that slowly open up through the mid-palate. Finishes tight, minerally and very long, showing fine definition and a touch of lingering florality." 91 Points, Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media

“Yves Cuilleron is a superstar of the Northern Rhône.” thewinedoctor.com

“Yves Cuilleron has become one of the bright shining stars of the northern Rhone.” Wine Advocate Magazine

“In the space of a decade, Yves Cuilleron has established himself as one of the leading lights of France’s Northern Rhone…He is a modernist but not overtly so his wines straddle neatly the divide between traditionalists and the new-wave, in the sense that they retain their sense of place, but express their site in a slightly more approachable, immediate way. There’s purity to the fruit, and where new oak is used it isn’t excessive.” Wineanorack.com

A passionate young son from an old wine family, Yves Cuilleron has now become a rock star winemaker in the northern Rhone. His Roussanne, a traditional white varietal in the Rhone Valley region, is soft and round with hints of white flower aromatics, with nice flinty minerality.
